JUDGE ROSS A. SEARS

Judge Ross A. Sears received his initial training and certification from the A.A. White ADR institute in Houston, Texas.  Judge Sears has attended many advanced ADR seminars, including Appellate ADR.

                       MEDIATOR
Judge Sears has mediated over 100 disputes, both large and small.
Judge Sears has mediated disputes at all levels of the judicial process:
* Prior to litigation (by contractual obligation or by consent).
*Pending litigation.
*Post-litigation and pre-judgment.
*Post-judgment.
*Pending appeal.
*Post-appeal.

                         ARBITRATOR
Judge Sears has served as a single arbitrator, an assigned arbitrator and  a neutral arbitrator.
Judge Sears has arbitrated disputes involving a few throusand dollars up to a dispute involving over forty million dollars.

                MEDIATOR/ARBITRATOR
By agreement of the parties, Judge Sears has served as Mediator/Arbitrator.  The dispute is first mediated. If the mediation  does not result in a settlement, the dispute automatically goes to arbitration the following day.  This has proved to be a highly successful method to resolve any dispute.
